our simple ''EASY ON'' panels to keep you on the road or field, at a price that makes
it a practical and viable option.
The value of these fine workhorses has steadily
increased over the last few years, along with the Defender, they represent the last
of the simple low tech vehicles produced by Land Rover.
They look set to be around
for many years to come.With bomb proof mechanics and a superb chassis, these are
a true DIY 4X4 that will always earn their crust.

Our ‘’EASY ON’’ panels are designed by us to help you repair your
vehicle they are not just copy's of the original panels they are little purpose made
fixes for the corroded areas allowing a fast cheep and solid solution.
We have worked on Land Rovers for 27 years and repaired 1000s of corroded sill sections.
We
have honed down the sill repair panel to its most efficient form. These simple 18s
gauge coated sections
will repair both the inner and outer sill on all but the most
rotten vehicle.

''EASY ON'' REAR BODY CROSSMEMBER.
CHASSIS MOUNTING REPAIR BOOT.
If your rear cross
member is corroded around the chassis mounting points which is often the case
then
our repair boot could be the simple answer.
Replacing the mounting is notoriously
difficult and not always necessary.
The inner section of the existing mount is made
of heavy section steel, this normally remains intact.
The corrosion usually occurs
in the thin steel at the side and around the mount.
These heavy 16s gauge steel coated
sections simply slip over the chassis mount and weld into place.

if things have progressed further and the mounting has gone,
then this combination
can make an effective, strong repair.
Cut out and weld the new body mount then simply
slip over the repair boot
forming a sandwich and weld into place.

can repair the corrosion around the wing top fixing bolts.
Simply bond into place
with a mastic adhesive (see our other listings) and bolt these clever panels over
the original wing top, rivet along the bottom edge and paint, either to match or
spay in a satin black finish.

''EASY ON'' INNER ARCH. (TOP RIGHT)
The inner arch is a heavy duty panel designed
to put the strength back around the seat belt anchor point.
This section is made from
coated 18s gauge or 1.2mm steel, rolled to the correct contour, to this we have welded
a 2mm reinforcing plate which holds the captivated nut for the seat belt anchor.

part kit includes the outer arch made of pressed steel (note we do not manufacture

We can now exclusively offer
full front inner wings for your Discovery for a fraction of the cost of the old and
long obsolete Land Rover item.
The inner wings are made from precision cut and folded
heavy duty zintec coated 18s gage steel.This far exceeds the original Land Rover
spec. All the inner wings are hand jigged and welded, then bolted into place on our
test vehicle to ensure they fit like all ''EASY ON'' panels, exactly as they should.
We also have an option for the Range Rover Classic.
